Shipping policy

Free shipping is via standard mail; shipping is waived if the order exceeds the free shipping limit, if applicable.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer tracked shipping due to the high shipping costs. We are currently working on offering this shipping option. You will be notified by email if you have subscribed.

Seeds are open-pollinated and may be subject to crossbreeding. Buyers accept that packages are often overpackaged to allow for additional plants to be sown in the event of crossbreeding. We make every effort to avoid harvesting off-phenotype (or inaccurate) plants.

International orders seized by customs are non-refundable. It is the customer's responsibility to check with local authorities before ordering seeds.

Customs duties, taxes, and tariffs are the buyer's responsibility. FregataPepper.com is not responsible for duties and taxes applicable to imported products. We do our best to pre-approve and pre-estimate prices for full delivery.

FregataPepper.com is not responsible for refunds for orders blocked or held by postal agencies or countries during postal strikes. We make every effort to provide you with seeds before and after any postal union action.
